SGT manufactures industry standard dies for wire sizes between 0.10mm and 25.0mm, which can be manufactured to suit round or profile wires and rods according to customer’s specifications.

SD1 single dies are matched to PB10, PC10, PW10 cold welding machines.

SD2 double cavity welding dies are matched to PA30, DA30, DB30 machines.

The range of copper wire: 0.30mm–1.20mmm

The range of aluminium wire: 0.30mm–1.40mm

For DA100 and DB100 cold welding machines, we offer single cavity welding dies for the range of copper wire: 1.00mm–3.25mm, and the range of aluminium wire: 1.00mm–5.00mm. And double cavity welding dies for the range of copper/aluminium wire: 1.00mm–2.50mm.

CHY100 welding dies are matched to CHY100 hydraulic pressure welding machine.
The range of copper wire: 1.00mm–4.00mm,
The range of aluminium wire: 1.00mm–6.00mm.

CHY200 welding dies are matched to CHY200 hydraulic pressure welding machine.
The range of copper wire: 2.00mm–5.00mm,
The range of aluminium wire: 2.00mm–8.00mm.

CHY400 welding dies are matched to CHY400 hydraulic pressure welding machine.
The range of copper wire: 4.00mm–8.00mm,
The range of aluminium wire: 4.00mm–14.00mm.

CHY700 welding dies are matched to CHY700 hydraulic pressure welding machine.
The range of copper wire: 7.00mm–13.00mm,
The range of aluminium wire: 7.00mm–25.00mm.

Remark: The range of rectangular non-ferrous wire is calculated according to the cross section area.
